Sr # 1

Position: Group Head Digital Banking (Grade: EVP/SEVP)

Major Responsibilities: Envision, develop, launch and commercialize Digital solutions for Conventional Business with complete P&L ownership. These include Internet Banking, Mobile / Tablet Banking, Chat Banking, SMS Banking etc. Envision, develop, launch and commercialize stand-alone challenger Bank / Banking Solutions with complete P&L ownership. Developing, launching and managing self and/ or assisted digital sales & client onboarding system in the bank. Digitization of all Government initiatives across the Bank with Channel P&L responsibility. Responsible for Voice Strategy including Call Centre in-bound & Out-bound. Sales, Service and P&L Responsibility. 

General Eligibility Criteria: 

Education: Post Graduate (Preferably MBA/ Masters in Computer Science) from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University. 

Experience: Education: Post Graduate (Preferably MBA/ Masters in Computer Science) from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University. Experience: More than 15 years of banking, telecommunication and/or Fintech experience including at least 5 years at a senior managerial role in same function in a large local and/or global organization. Position: Customer Data Head (Grade: EVP-I/EVP)

Major Responsibilities: Business contact point for CIO / IT and external technology providers to support products and channels development and management needs. Responsible for Data Consumption Design for the business, including Data Platform, Data Warehouse, Data Mart, Data Governance and Management. In collaboration with the business teams, define a customer insights and data analytics led strategy, focusing on a prioritized set of initiatives that will enable the delivery of key customer needs. Oversee and manage the provision of in-depth customer focused, goal-oriented insights and informatics that will drive and enable value creation, decision making and customer management. Ensure the migration of analytics and insights from a retro-active to proactive and predictive measurement to help manage customer lifecycle better, deepen customer relationships and grow market share. Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop key performance measurements, reports, scorecards, dashboards etc. Work with Finance to manage Business Planning & Analysis, Target Setting and Performance Measurement.

Position: Cards Head (Grade: EVP-I/EVP)

Major Responsibilities: Responsible for Cards (Credit, Pre-paid, Debit) Issuing and Acquiring Business with complete Business Development and Management responsibility including Card Sales, Spend, Product Development & Management, Portfolio Management, Retention and Loyalty. Complete ownership of all Business Key Performance Measurements and Business Financials. In-depth understanding of Cards Issuing and Acquiring Systems and will be responsible to identify and deploy card systems in line with Bank policies and procedures. In-depth understanding and experience of managing Cards Scheme Companies relationships. Manage Debit Card business strategy. Develop Debit Card Customer Value Proposition and Drive Debit Cards Sales, Uptake and Usage at POS and ATM. Develop and manage Cards acquiring at POS, ATMs, E-commerce and D-Commerce. Must identify third party partnerships to enhance Customer Value Proposition for entire Cards Business.  

General Eligibility Criteria: 

Education: Post Graduate (Preferably MBA) from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University.  

Experience: More than 15 years of Financial Industry Experience including minimum 5 years of Cards Issuing and Acquiring business experience.

Position: Customer Experience Head (Grade: EVP-I/EVP)

Major Responsibilities: Responsible for developing market leading Customer Value Proposition and superior Customer Experience for all Business Segments. Responsible for Segment Level P&L for all Personal / Retail and Digital Banking Customers. Work closely with Customer Data, Product and Channel teams to ensure Data Led Customer Lifecycle Management to optimize Lifetime Customer Profitability. Well versed with End to End Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Experience Design, Service Delivery Planning, Customer Promise Formulation and Customer Experience Measurement. Responsible for all Customer Communication and Engagement throughout the customer lifecycle with the Bank.  

General Eligibility Criteria: 

Education: Post Graduate Preferably MBA from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University  

Experience: Minimum 15 years of Customer Management Experience in service industry with at least 10 years’ experience in Financial Products, Services and Segments.

Age: Not more than 55 Years as of 02.11.2020

Position: Governance Head (Grade: SVP / EVP-I)

Major Responsibilities: Develop robust processes & procedures around the risk management framework of the department. Well versed with all risk categories including Operational, Fraud, Credit, Regulatory, Compliance and Reputational Risk. Structuring training programs and developing strategies with a view to embed best practices in the consumer & digital banking group. Ensuring overall compliance to internal/ external regulatory environment, facilitation of audits and ensure timely closures. Challenge/ question business strategy with operational risk appetite and seek to optimize the business’ risk-return profile. Developing and executing of “best practices” on controls, policies & procedures and facilitation in cross functional reviews for the entire group  

General Eligibility Criteria: 

Education: Post Graduate from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University.  

Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience with minimum 10 years in Risk governance and Controls
